Description

This article will show you how to print a single photo in Easy-PhotoPrint EX.

Solution

To print a single photo in Easy-PhotoPrint EX, follow the steps below.
  1. From the main menu of Easy-PhotoPrint EX, click Photo Print.

  2. Using the directory tree on the left, select a folder that contains images on your computer.

  3. Click the up arrow one time under the picture that you want to print.  Then, click Select Paper on the left side.

  4. Select the Paper SizePaper TypePrinter (if more than one printer is installed on your computer), and Paper Source if your printer has more than one paper source to choose from.  You can also enable Vivid Photo and Photo Noise Reduction.  If you enable Photo Noise Reduction, you can choose between Normal and Strong for the degree of noise reduction being applied to the image.  Also, depending on the type of printer you have, you can also choose to print the image in grayscale.  Place a check in the box for Grayscale Photo to do this.  After specifying each of these options, click Layout / Print on the left side.

  5. On the Layout / Print screen, you will see different layout options available to choose from.  For a single image, select Borderless (full) or Bordered (full).  You will see a preview image taking up most of the window.  This will show how the image will be printed.

Double-click the preview image to crop it.

    Click Print to start printing.

Above the layout options is a row of icons.  Click on these icons will execute different functions, which are as follows:

     (Rotate Left) Button

Rotates the selected image 90 degrees counter-clockwise.

     (Rotate Right) Button

Rotates the selected image 90 degrees clockwise.

     (Crop Image) Button

Displays the Crop window in which you can crop the image.

     (Correct/Enhance Images) Button

     (Special Image Filters) Button

Displays the Special Image Filters window in which you can enhance the image selected in Preview using special filters.

     (Adjust Grayscale) Button

Displays the Adjust Grayscale window in which you can set the black color tone when printing grayscale photos.

     Note

This function may not be available depending on the printer.

This function is available only when the Grayscale Photo checkbox is selected in the Select Paper screen.

     (Settings) Button

Displays the Preferences dialog box in which you can specify the settings for Photo Print.

     Date Settings... Button

Displays the Date Settings dialog box in which you can select whether to show dates on photos, and customize the date display (position, size, color, etc.).

     Note

When the selected layout is Index or Captured Info, Tool Buttons other than  (Adjust Grayscale) button and  (Settings) button are disabled.
