Error on mobile device "No AirPrint Printers Found"

Check the following on your iPad or iPhone.


1. Confirm the mobile device is on the same network as your Canon printer or multifunction.

2. Try reconnecting your mobile device to the network.
Follow the procedure below to drop the network:
  1. Tap on [Settings] on your Apple Device
  2. Tap on Wi-Fi
  3. Tap on the network name with the blue check on the left.
  4. Then tap on "Forget this network".
  5. The message "Forget Wi-Fi Network" will appear. Tap on [Forget] to confirm.
  6. Tap on the network name again and enter your network password to reconnect to the network.
Once you have completed this process try to browse for printers again.

3. Power cycle the router. Remove the power cable wait about 10 seconds and then reconnect the power.
