  1. Select the Apple menu, then System Preferences.

  2. Select the Print & Fax / Print & Scan / Printers & Scanners icon. (The icon name varies depending on your version of Mac OS X®.)

  3. Select the listing for your printer on the left side of the window.

  4. Select Open Print Queue...

  5. Select the Printer menu at the top of the screen, then Print Test Page.
