Solution

If you experience faint or uneven printing from your printer, please follow the steps below.
  1. Load paper.
     
  2. Print a nozzle check pattern.
     
  3. Examine the nozzle check pattern.
     
  4. If the nozzle check pattern does not look correct, clean the print head.
     
  5. Print a nozzle check pattern.
     
  6. Examine the nozzle check pattern.
     
  7. If the nozzle check pattern does not look correct, clean the print head deeply.  Replace the cartridges if the issue persists.
