Description

This article explains how to print on a CD or DVD using My Image Garden.

Solution

You can create personalized disc labels (CD/DVD/BD) using your favorite photos and print them.

This function is available with supported models only.

Do not set the disc tray until a message prompting you to load a printable disc appears. Loading a printable disc while the printer is operating may damage the printer.

  1. Start My Image Garden.

  2. Click Disc Label from the Guide Menu screen.

If the Guide Menu screen does not appear when you start My Image Garden, click on Create or Open Items at the upper left corner of the My Image Garden window.  Then, click Disc Label at the top.

The Set Design and Paper dialog box appears.
  1. Set the design, Paper Size, etc., then click OK.

The disc label (CD/DVD/BD) appears in the Item edit screen.

The layout may not be as expected depending on the photo information or analysis results of the selected images.

  2. Select the image(s) you want to use for a disc label (CD/DVD/BD) from Add Image.
The image(s) appear in the Materials area.

  3. Drag and drop an image in the Materials area to a layout frame of your item.
When you move an image to a layout frame, an arrow icon appears on the image.

  4. Edit the item according to your preference.

  5. Click Print at the bottom right of the screen.
The Print Settings dialog box appears.

  6. Set the number of copies to print, the printer and paper to use, etc.

  7. Click Print.
    A message appears.
  1. Click OK.
    The Print dialog appears.

If you change the printer in the Print dialog, a message appears and printing will be canceled.

  1. Click Print.

When a message appears, set the disc tray.
