To print or scan wirelessly with the PIXMA TS series printer, you will start the Easy Wireless Connect process on your printer, then complete it on your computer or device. 


The setup process consists of two parts:

1. Start Easy Wireless Connect on your printer.
2. Download and run the setup file on your computer.

1. Start  Easy Wireless Connect on your printer.

1. Make sure that the printer is turned on. If the power is on, the POWER lamp (A) will be lit.

   

2. If the printer is busy with a task like cleaning or print head alignment, wait for the process to finish.

3. Press the HOME button (B) on the printer. If an error screen displays, press OK, then the HOME button.

   

4. Use the up / down  or left / right  arrow buttons (C) to select the network status  (D).

5. Select Yes.

   

6. When the printer preparation is complete, the screen below appears. Return to the setup screen to continue the process.

   

2. Download and run the setup file on your computer*

1. Get the setup file and read the information carefully. Make note of what to do if the setup file doesn't run automatically. Select the Download button to start the process.

2. Select Start Setup.
    Use the updated software found on internet will only appear if you use the Setup CD. If you download the setup file in step 1, this option will not appear. Using this option will make the setup program function exactly like the setup file from step 1

   

3. Select your country or region, then Next.

4. Select Yes to the License Agreement.

   

5. Select Agree or Do not agree to the Extended Survey Program.

6. Select Next
   
   

7. Select Yes on the Connection Method screen.
   
   

8. If the Select wireless router screen (below) appears, select the router you want to connect to the printer, enter the Network Key (password) and select Next.
    Depending on your printer model, this screen may not appear.
   
   

9. The system will indicate that it's setting up. When you see the Connection completed screen, select Next.

   

10. On the Setup Complete page, select Next. You may also want to check the box to make this your default printer. You are almost finished.
    
    

11. Select any optional application software desired (click the checkbox to select or unselect an option), then choose Next.
    
    

12. Select Next from the You Can Print... screen.
    
    

13. Select Next or Skip on the User Registration page.

14. Select Exit. 
    
    
    
    The installation is complete and you are ready to print or scan wirelessly.
