Follow the steps below to access the Printer properties window to view / change various settings on your printer..

Chose the navigation path for your computer's operating system:

Windows 11 - from the Desktop, select the Start menu > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
Then, select Devices and Printers.

Windows 10: From the Desktop, select the Start menu > Devices > and scroll down to Devices and Printers.

Windows 8.1 or Windows 8: Press the Windows key, tap the X key > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers.

Windows 7: Select the Start menu > Devices and Printers.

Windows Vista: Select the Start menu > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Printers.

Windows XP: Select the Start menu > Control Panel > Printers and Other Hardware > Printers and Faxes.

Right-click your model name icon, and then select Printer properties from the displayed menu
The printer properties window appears.
If you open the printer driver setup window through Printer properties (Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7) or Properties (Windows Vista, Windows XP) the window displays tabs for functions such as Ports (on the Advanced tab). These tabs don't appear if you open the window from Printing preferences or applications. For more information on Windows functions, refer to your Windows user manual.
