Canon Professional Technology and Support Centers


Canon USA has established Professional Technology and Support Centers to handle Sales, Service and Support for the motion picture business and VIP customers.

Access to these centers are limited to Authorized Dealers and Rental houses, Canon Partners and Industry Professionals, registered owners of Cinema EOS products, CPS Platinum and Gold members and will offer comprehensive repair services for Canon's Full Lineup of Professional Imaging Products:

  • Cinema EOS Cameras
  • EOS ProDSLR Cameras
  • XF Series Cameras
  • Canon's ENTIRE lens lineup


  1. Some items may be sent to the nearest Factory Service Center for service, due to volume and capacity reasons.
  2. Canon Professional Services (CPS) Platinum and Gold members only, are eligible to receive service and support at the Canon Professional Technology and Support Centers.  Silver CPS members in the Burbank/Los Angeles area must be referred to the Costa Mesa Factory Service Center.
  3. CPS Platinum and Gold members can call the CPS hotline 24 hours a day at 1-877-CPS-8122 to select Service Center. 
  4. Owners of Cinema EOS and other Canon professional products should call 1-855-CINE-EOS (1-855-246-3367) for reservations.
  5. Owners of Broadcast Television products must be referred to 1-800-423-LENS (1-800-423-5367) for any inquiries.
  6. It can not be guaranteed that a customer's product can be repaired while they wait.

Walk-in Counter Hours: 9:00am to 4:00pm 

Parking Instructions for the Burbank Professional Technology and Support Center​ 

  • Guests should park in the underground parking structure and enter the courtyard on the upper level using either the stairs or the elevator.
  • The Professional Technology and Support Center will validate the parking stubs from the underground parking.
  • They should locate the iHeart Media lobby. Look for the large red iHeart Media sign.


  • Once in the lobby, they can locate the office in the directory on the second floor, Suite 250.
