Printing from an AirPrint-enabled Printer with Mac
Using AirPrint to print from your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac.
AirPrint enables you to print photos, email, Web pages and documents from iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, andMac without the need to install drivers, or download apps or software.

Checking Your Environment
First, check your environment.
Adding Printer as AirPrint Printer to Your Mac

Open System Preferences (System Settings in macOS® 13), and select Printers & Scanners (Print & Scan) on your Mac.

Select + to display the printer list.
in macOS 13, select Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax.

Select the printer's name listed as Bonjour Multifunction.

Select Secure AirPrint or AirPrint from Use.

Select Add.

Make sure the printer is powered on.
If the printer's Auto Power On function is enabled, the printer is turned on automatically when it receives the print data.

Load paper.

Perform printing on your application software (usually done by selecting Print from the File menu).
The Print dialog appears.

Select your model name added as AirPrint printer from the Printer list in the Print Dialog.

Set the paper size, media type, and other settings as needed.

Select Print.
When you execute printing, the printer prints according to the specified settings.
When using a wireless network connection:

After you turn on the printer, it may take few minutes before the printer can communicate through a wireless network connection. Make sure the printer is connected to the wireless network and try printing.

If Bonjour on the printer is disabled, AirPrint cannot be used. Check the network settings on the printer, and enable Bonjour.

Deleting Print Job
To delete a print job with AirPrint, use one of the following two methods:
Cannot Print Using AirPrint

Make sure printer is turned on.
If the printer is turned on, cycle the power switch, and then check whether the issue is resolved.

Make sure the printer is registered to your computer.

Make sure the printer is connected to the same network subnet as the AirPrint compliant device when printing over a network.

Make sure the printer has enough paper and ink.

Make sure no error message is displayed on printer's touch screen.
