Have you cleaned the fixing unit?
- If cleaning the fixing assembly does not solve the problem, setting <Fix. Roller Contam. Reduction> to <On> may solve the problem. For details on the procedure for setting, see the "User's Guide" from the Canon website (canon.com/oip-manual).
- If you set to <On>, the printing speed may be slower.
