Scan documents and photos with the app

1. Place your original document or photo on the printer's platen glass surface or in the document feeder (ADF).
2. Open the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app on your iOS phone or tablet.
3. Tap Scan icon.
   
4. Tap Scan button.
   
   Printer will scan.
5. Tap Scan to scan another page, or tap Exit when done.
   
6. Save scan file as JPEG (for photos) or PDF (for documents).
   
7. Select where you want to save your scanned file: iCloud, on the device, etc.
   

Scan settings

1. In the app's Scan screen, tap the Scan settings icon.
   
2. Change any of these settings:
   • Document type
   • Color mode
   • Document size
