Solution

Starting Easy Wireless Connect on the printer.

Prior to starting setup on the Computer, Smartphone or tablet device, start the Easy wireless connect on the printer.  Then complete the setup on the computer or device. 
See the procedure below to start the Easy Wireless connect.

  1. If the ON lamp (A) on the printer is flashing, press the Stop button (B).


     
  2. Press and hold the direct button  (C) on the printer, and then release the button when  (D) flashes


     
  3. Make sure  and the horizontal bars (E) flash as shown.


     
  4. Return to the application screen (setup program) and proceed with the setup.
