You can scan images and documents to a cloud service such as Google Drive using Canon PRINT Inkjet / SELPHY. Follow the steps below to scan images or documents to a cloud service.
The steps in this article show Google Drive. These steps assume that you have Canon PRINT Inkjet / SELPHY installed on your mobile device. These steps also assume that your printer is already connected wirelessly to your network. If you don't have this app, you can download it through Google Play. Also, if you don't have your printer connected wirelessly to your network, you can use this app to set your printer up wirelessly. After your printer has been registered, you will need to be sure that the printer is registered with the Canon Inkjet Cloud Printing Center. Follow these steps to register your printer with the Canon Inkjet Cloud Printing Center:

From the main screen of Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY, tap the printer icon.

On the Printer Settings screen, tap Register to Cloud.

Your Android device will open a web browser and open the printer's Remote UI.
You may receive a message indicating a possible security risk. If you receive this message after tapping Register to Cloud, tap on Advanced or the appropriate button in your browser.

Tap the option that will allow you to proceed to the printer's Remote UI (it will show your printer's IP address).

When the password authentication screen appears, enter your printer's password and tap OK.

When the IJ Cloud Printing Center setup screen appears, tap Yes.

The registration ends, and the login screen for Canon Inkjet Cloud Printing Center appears.
Log in by following the screen instructions.
Follow the steps below to use your mobile device to sign into Google Drive through the Canon Inkjet Cloud Printing Center.

Launch Canon PRINT Inkjet / SELPHY from your mobile device.

Tap More.

Tap Cloud.

When the login screen for the Canon Inkjet Cloud Printing Center appears, tap Start. If you have not created an account, tap Create new account.

If you need to create a new account to register your printer with the IJ Cloud Printing Center, follow the steps shown near the top of this article. You can also print a registration ID for your printer to get it registered with the IJ Cloud Printing Center. Click here for information.

If you tapped Start in the previous step, you will be prompted to sign in with your Canon ID. For this example, Sign in with your email will be selected.

Enter your email address and password and tap Sign in.

If you do not have a Canon ID, you can click here and then click Create a Canon ID account.

When you are signed into the Canon Inkjet Cloud Printing Center, tap on Google Drive.

If this is your first time accessing Google Drive from the Canon Inkjet Cloud Printing Center, you may see a license agreement. Read the terms and agree to continue.

You will come to a login screen. If you have logged into your Google Account previously on your Android device, tap your account.
Enter your password and then tap Next.
You may also be asked to allow Canon Inkjet Printer to access your Google Account. Tap Allow.

After you have signed in, tap Scan.

Tap on a folder where you would like to scan something to if desired. Otherwise, tap Next. If you want to create a folder to save your scanned image to, tap the plus sign.

If you tap the plus sign, you'll be prompted to provide a name for a new folder. Tap the name field and provide a name.
If you try to create a folder that has a space in its name, you'll receive an error:

You can select the source for your scans as well as the orientation. Tapping Select source will show the following:

Tapping Orientation will show:

Set any options as desired and then tap Scan.

When asked to start scanning, tap OK.

The scanning process will begin.

Tap Go to app top to go back to the main menu of Google Drive. Tap Exit to go back to the IJ Cloud Printing Center.
