The nozzle check for your printer contains some additional information.  In addition to showing the color bands and grid (these determine if the nozzles of the print head are clogged), the nozzle check shows the number of pages that have been fed through the printer.  This count includes printed as well as blank pages that have been fed through the printer.

The nozzle check also shows the firmware version number.
