It means one of the following:
  • Images were already downloaded
  • There are no images on the memory card.
     

Troubleshooting

If you think there are images saved on the memory card, try the following:
  • Snap a new photo and then reconnect the camera to the computer to test the utility. If it works, there are no other new images to download. 
  • Check that the version of EOS Utility is compatible with your camera and is up to date. You can use the software on the EOS DIGITAL Solution Disk that came with your camera or download the latest software from Drivers & Downloads.
  • Try turning the camera off and then back on to reinitiate the connection to the computer.
