Solve driver issues after an upgrade

  • If the printer driver or scanner driver status does not appear on Windows 8.1 or scanning does not start when you select Scan, you may have an issue with device drivers.
  • To correct the issue, reinstall the drivers by using the CD-ROM that came with your machine or downloading the latest software from the Device & Downloads page of the Canon website.
