If paper is not feeding into your printer, cleaning the paper feed rollers may help resolve this problem.  To clean the paper feed rollers from your PIXMA TS302 from a Windows PC, follow the steps below.
 

 Roller Cleaning

  1. Remove all sheets of paper from the rear tray.
     

  2. Open the Canon IJ Printer Assistant Tool.
     

  3. Click Roller Cleaning.
    The confirmation message appears.
     

  4. Make sure that the printer is on and then click OK.
    Paper feed roller cleaning starts.
     

  5. After the rollers have stopped, follow the message instructions and load one sheet of plain paper into the rear tray. Then click OK.
    Paper will be ejected and feed roller cleaning will be completed.
