Disable or change security software or firewall settings
Security or Firewall software provided by your ISP (Internet Service Provider, for example: Verizon, Sprint etc.) may interfere with the communication necessary to register your printer with the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app.
In such a case, contact your ISP or security software manufacturer to temporarily disable or make changes to the software, allowing registration to complete successfully.
