Description

If, when pushing the power button on the scanner, the unit will not power on, please confirm tha the AC adapter is plugged firmly into a power outlet.

Solution

In order for the scanner to work properly, it must be connected to a power outlet and a computer.
  • Do not connect the scanner to the computer before installing the software.
  • Before connecting the scanner to the computer, verify that the power of the scanner is OFF. If the power is ON, turn it OFF.
