Learn how to print a photo using Canon Mini Print app and your IVY Mini Photo Printer.

Solution

Follow the steps below to print pictures with your IVY Mini Photo printer from your mobile device using the Canon Mini Print app.


Print pictures

  1. Load paper in the printer.

  2.  From the main screen of Canon Mini Print, tap the Photos icon.

    Note If prompted to allow Mini Print to access your pictures, tap Allow.

  3. Select an image stored on your mobile device. You can view all images at once, choose images folders, or view images by date. Tap on the image you want to print.

    On the next screen, you'll see the image you selected:

    You will also see several icons below the image. Use these to make changes to your image.

Color options / mirroring icon Color Options / Mirroring
Tap this icon to adjust the following:

Brightness icon Brightness.

Contrast icon Contrast.

Image temperature icon Temperature of the image.

Color balance icon Color balancing.

Mirror / flip image icon Mirror / flip the image.

Mirror image icon Mirror the image.

 Rotate the image. (You may have to swipe over the icons to see this.)
 

Frame options icon Frame Options
Tap this icon to select various frames to place around your image.
 

Text options icon Text Options
Tap this icon to do the following:

Add text icon Add text.

Font style icon Select a font.

Font color icon Specify a font color.
 

Facial effects icon Facial Effects
Tap this icon to apply some distortion effects to a selfie taken with this app.
 

Stickers icon Stickers
Tap this icon to add various stickers to your image.
 

Photo effects icon Photo Effects
Tap this icon to apply an effect to your image such as a sepia effect, or simulating an illustration.
 

paintbrush icon Paintbrush
Tap this icon to draw on your image (arrows, mustaches, etc.). You can adjust the following with paintbrush:

paintbrush thickness icon Adjust the thickness of the paintbrush.

paintbrush intensity icon Adjust the intensity of the paintbrush

paintbrush color icon Adjust the color of the paintbrush.
 
 
  1. Make any adjustments to your picture as desired.
  2. When you are ready to print, tap the Print Print icon icon. The print job is added to the print queue.
