<Cause 1>
Appropriate paper is not being used.
<Solution>
Replace the paper with that which can be used with this printer.
<Cause 2>
The paper size setting on the operation panel does not match the loaded paper size.
<Solution>
Match the paper size setting specified in <Paper Settings for Mobile Print> and the size of the paper that is actually loaded.
Change the setting of <Paper Settings for Mobile Print> to match the loaded paper size.
NOTE
- If printing from a computer, check whether the paper size setting in the printer driver matches the loaded paper size.
- To load paper without changing the settings
Load the paper with the size that is set to <Paper Settings for Mobile Print>. For details on the procedures for loading paper, see the "User's Guide" from the Canon website (canon.com/oip-manual).
<Cause 3>
Paper is not loaded in the drawer.
<Solution>
Load the paper. For details on the procedures for loading paper, see the "User's Guide" from the Canon website (canon.com/oip-manual).
<Cause 4>
Paper on which reports or lists can be printed is not loaded.
<Solution>
Reports or lists can be printed on A4 or Letter size paper. Load A4 or Letter size paper and set its size. For details on the procedures for loading paper, see the "User's Guide" from the Canon website (canon.com/oip-manual).
