Description

Set wireless router information to the printer directly from a device such as a computer without operating the wireless router

Solution

Easy wireless connect

  1. Tap Wireless connect (A).

    HOME screen: Select Wireless connect

  2. Tap Yes.

    Easy wireless connect screen: Select Yes

  3. When the printer preparation is complete, the screen below appears.

    It may take time until the printer is detected and the screen changes.

    Easy wireless connect screen: Follow the instructions on the computer or smartphone, etc. to perform the operation.

  4. Return to the *application software and proceed with the setup.
    *    Download the software and start setup if not yet started

Run (double-click) the downloaded .exe file,  follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with setup.

Click Setup icon in the Dock, follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with setup.
