Steps to connect to a Rescue session.

 

Solution

When using LogMeIn Rescue, your computer must meet the following requirements:
  • Microsoft Windows Vista and above
     
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and above (including 64 bit versions)
     
  • Apple Macintosh OS X 10.4 (Tiger) and above.

Follow the steps below to use LogMeIn.​
 
  1. Enter the PIN code you received into logmein123.com.


     
  2. Click Yes, allow access.


     
  3. Run (or Save and then Run) the LogMeIn Rescue applet.


     
  4. You will be notified that you are awaiting the technician to accept their connection.



     
  5. A notification will appear showing that the connection has been established.


     
  6. At the end of the session, please provide the status of the resolution and feedback.
