Follow the steps below from your printer's operation panel.
Tap the wireless connect icon.
Tap Yes.
When the printer preparation completes, the screen below appears. This may take a moment.
2. Download and run the setup file on your computer
Follow the steps below from your Windows computer.
Get the setup file.
Setup can also be performed using the Setup CD that came with your printer.
Double-click the downloaded .exe file to start setup.
Select Start Setup when you see the screen below.
Select Next on the security info screen.
Select the appropriate region, then Next.
Select Yes on the License Agreement screen.
Select Agree or Do not agree to the Survey.
Select Yes on the Connection Method screen.
Setup continues. If the Select wireless router screen (below) appears, select the wireless router to connect to the printer, enter the Network Key (password), and select Next. Your router and network settings determine whether or not this screen appears
Setup continues. Please wait.
On the Network Connection completed screen, select Next.
A test print screen appears. You can choose to run a test print, or select Next to continue.
Select Next on the Setup Complete screen. You are almost finished.
Select any optional apps you want to add (click the checkbox to select, click it again to clear), then select Next.
On the You Can Print... screen, select Next.
Click Next to register the printer, or Skip to continue without registering.
Select Exit. Installation is complete. You are ready to print or scan wirelessly.
