Learn how to connect your PIXMA TS95025 or TS9521C to a Windows computer via the Easy Wireless Connection method.

Solution

Follow the steps below to use the Easy Wireless Connection method.

Before you begin.

  • The printer must be connected to a Wireless Network.

  • The software, drivers, and applications must be installed on the computer. 
     

Initiate Easy Wireless Connection on the printer.

  1. Tap theLink icon on the printer's touch screen.

    HOME screen: Select Wireless connect

  2. Tap Yes.

    Easy wireless connect screen: Select Yes

  3. When the printer preparation is complete, the screen below appears. This may take a few minutes.

    Easy wireless connect screen: Follow the instructions on the computer or smartphone, etc. to perform the operation.
     

Download and run the setup file.

  1. Get the Setup File.

 Setup can also be performed via the Setup CD-ROM.

  1. Double-click the downloaded file to begin setup. 

  2. Select Start Setup

    Select Start Setup.

  3. Select Next.

    Select Next.

  4. Select the appropriate region and choose Next.

  5. Select Yes on the License Agreement. If you select No, the softwaore will not be installed.

    Select Yes on the License Agreement.

  6. Select Agree or Do Not Agree. You can still use the printer of you choose Do Not Agree.

  7. Select Yes.

    Select Yes.

  8. Setup continues. If the Select wireless router screen appears, select the wireless router to connect to the printer, enter the Network Key or password, and choose Next.

  1. Network connection sets up. This may take a few minutes.

  2. Network connection is complete. Select Next.

  3. The Test Print screen appears. You may choose to perform this test or not.  

  4. Setup is complete. Select Next.

  5. Select any optional application software you would like to install, then choose Next.

  7. The User Registration window appears. Select Next or Skip.

  8. Installation is now complete. Select Exit.
