Multi-purpose tray guide has been closed
 

Solution

Cause

Multi-purpose tray guide** has been closed.

What to Do

Open the operation panel, open the multi-purpose tray guide, and then insert the multi-purpose tray.

Then tap OK on the touch screen.

Do not open or close the multi-purpose tray guide while printing is in progress. Doing so may damage the printer.


 Note

  • To cancel printing, tap Stop on the touch screen.

**Tray Guide (A)is closed ..   push down completely to open position.
