If you have scanned a document and saved it to your iOS device using Canon PRINT Inkjet / SELPHY, this article provides information on where the scanned documents are located and how you can make use of them.



If you have scanned a document into your iOS device using Canon PRINT Inkjet / SELPHY, these documents are contained within the app itself.  However, you can make use of these PDF files in other apps by accessing these PDFs through Canon PRINT Inkjet / SELPHY.  Follow the steps below to open these PDFs in other apps.
  1. Launch Canon PRINT Inkjet / SELPHY on your iOS device.
  2. From the main menu, tap Document Print.

  3. Tap on the location where your document was saved.  In this example, the document is on the iOS device itself, so Smartphone is selected.

  4. Tap on the document that you want to open.

  5. When the document has opened, tap the share icon.

  6. Tap Open in Other Apps.

  7. You will be able to specify an app that can open this document.  For example, if you want to attach this document to an email, you can select an email app that you have installed on your iOS device.
