How to Disable IPv6 - TS5120

6901 or 6910 error
Solution
If you experience a 6901 or 6910 error with your printer, disabling IPv6 may help resolve this issue. Follow the steps below to disable IPv6.
From the
HOME
screen, use the arrows on the printer's operation panel to select the
Setup
icon, then press
OK
.
Settings
will be highlighted. Press
OK
.
Device settings
will be highlighted. Press
OK
.
Use the arrows to select
LAN settings
, then press
OK
.
Use the arrows to select
Common settings
, then press
OK
.
Use the arrows to select
TCP/IP settings
, then press
OK
.
Use the arrows to select
IPv6
, then press
OK
.
At the prompt,
Yes
will be selected. Press
OK
.
Press
OK
on
Enable/disable IPv6
.
Use the down arrow to select
Disable
, then press
OK
.
The printer will process for a few moments.
IPv6 will be disabled.
You will be returned to the
IPv6 settings
screen. Press the
HOME
button to return to the
HOME
screen.
