Solution

Calibration
Calibration adjusts the projector to compensate for changes in image quality from long-term use or differences in the environment of use.
Option Function
Gamma restore Restore the original gamma if, after the projector has been used for some time, you notice that tone curves
have changed, or if neutral colors have become tinted. Gamma restore can only be used after about 30 minutes of projection.

  • Restoring gamma will restore tone curves and neutral colors  as closely as possible to defaults, but original projection cannot be matched exactly.
  • If Gamma restore is performed, the adjustment screen will be projected for approximately 6 minutes.
  • To stop Gamma restore, press the POWER or EXIT button.
Cancellation will return the setting to [Off].

calibration
Use when there is concern about deterioration of the color and luminance of the light source due to extended use.
