Cause

Paper output tray on the front is not pulled out fully.

What to Do

Pull the paper output tray out to the front side until it stops, and then pull the paper output support out.

Next, press the printer's OK button.

Important

  • Do not retract the paper output tray while the printer is in operation.

Note

  • To cancel printing, press the printer's Stop button.
