Support Code 1410 is displayed - TS702

Steps to resolve Support Code 1410.  This error occurs when one or more of the inks tanks is not recognized by the printer.


The affected ink tank will be display on the printer's LCD screen. 

Remove the ink tank and reinstall it the same way you would if you were replacing it.

Press the ink tank until it clicks into place.

If this does not solve the problem, you will need to replace the ink tank with a new one.
