Description

This article shows how to start a wireless connection of your PIXMA TS302 printer to a wireless LAN using the WPS PIN code method.

 

Solution

To connect your PIXMA TS302 to a wireless router using the WPS PIN code method, please follow the steps below.
 

  1. Load three sheets of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper.
     

  2. Press the Information button (A) on the printer.

    The Network Configuration Page including a PIN code will be printed (an example of this page is attached to this article).



     

  3. Press and hold the RESUME button (B) on the printer until the Alarm lamp (C) flashes 7 times, and then release the RESUME button after the seventh flash.



     

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions on the device (such as a computer) to set the WPS PIN CODE described on the printed Network Configuration Page on the wireless router.
     

  5. When connection to the wireless router is complete, the Wireless lamp and Network lamp will be lit.
