Learn how to use the WPS Pin Code method to connect your PIXMA TS3100 series printer to a wireless network.


 

Solution

Please follow the steps below to connect your printer to a wireless router via the WPS PIN code method.

WPS PIN Code method.

  1. Load three sheets of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper.

  2. Press the Information button (A) on the printer. The Network Configuration page with the PIN code will be printed.

    Press the information button.

  3. Press the Setup button (B) 10 times.

    Press the Setup button (B) 10 times.

  4. Press the Color button (C).

    Press the Color button (C).

  5. You will need to access your router's Wi-Fi® settings from a computer or a smartphone. Follow the on-screen instructions to set the WPS PIN Code from the printed Network Configuration Page.

 Access to the Wi-Fi settings varies by router model. Please refer to your router's manual for more information.

  1. When connection to the wireless router is complete, the Network Status  Network status icon and Signal Strength Signal Strength icon icons (D) will be lit.
