This article shows how to start a wireless connection of your PIXMA G3200 to a wireless LAN using the WPS PIN code method.

 

Solution

To connect your PIXMA G3200 to a wireless router using the WPS PIN code method, please follow the steps below.
 
  1. Load two sheets of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper.
     

  2. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button (A) on the printer until the ON lamp (B) flashes.



     
  3. Press the Wi-Fi button.

    The Network Configuration Page including the PIN code will be printed.  An example of this page is attached to this article.



     
  4. Press and hold the Stop button (C) on the printer until the Alarm lamp flashes 20 times, and then release the Stop button after the twentieth flash.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions on the device (such as a smartphone) to set the WPS PIN CODE described on the printed Network Configuration Page to the wireless router.
     

  6. Make sure the Wi-Fi lamp (D) on the printer is lit.
