One way to connect your printer wirelessly is with the WPS PIN code method.
This method requires you to be familiar with your wireless router settings. Most users find a simpler connection method to be more successful.

To connect your PIXMA MG3620 to a wireless router via the WPS PIN code method, please follow the steps below.
WPS PIN code method.

Load two sheets of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper.

Press and hold the Wi-Fi button (A) on the printer until the ON lamp (B) flashes.

Press the Wi-Fi button.
The wireless connection setting information including the PIN code will be printed.

To prepare the printer for the WPS PIN Code connection, hold down the Stop button (C) on the printer until the alarm lamp flashes 16 times, then release the Stop button after the sixteenth flash.

With a computer or mobile device, you will need to access the internal settings of your wireless router to enter the WPS PIN code described on the printed Network Configuration Page. When this code is entered into the router, the printer and router will attempt to establish a connection. Please refer to the documentation for your router for instructions on how to access these settings and enter the WPS PIN code.
- Make sure that the Wi-Fi lamp (D) on the printer is lit.
