Enter the name of your product in the search box, or browse the product categories for your particular product.
On the resulting product support page, navigate to the Software & Drivers section on the page and expand that section
Click the "Type" filter and select Software & Utilities
In the resulting list of applications, find your desired application and click the "Select" butrton.
The application's panel will open and provide a "Download" button. Click this button.
In the download page, input the serial number of the camera body printed on the label and download the installer. Save the installer file to a folder of your choice on your computer. The file name will vary depending on the version of the application.
Once the file has downloaded, double click on the file to extract the contents. Once the contents are extracted, double-click on the installer in the extracted folder. The installer file will have a .exe file extension (for example: dppw4.9.20-installer.exe) Installation for Digital Photo Professional will begin. (If the User Account Control window appears, follow the on-screen instructions to proceed.)
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
After the installation is complete, the Digital Photo Professional installer may ask to restart the computer. In this case, restart the computer. Once the installation finished properly, the downloaded file and its extracted content will no longer be necessary.
