How to install RangerFlex (CR-L1) on a Mac

Description

Follow these steps to intall RangerFlex on Mac OSX 10.14.

Solution

  1. Download the file from the CUSA website and then unzip it.

     
  2. Right-click on "RangerFlex.app" and click "Show Package Contents".

     
  3. Select the file name "librRanger.dylib" and the folder titled "Scanner_Plug-ins" from the unzipped file and drag them into the package contents folder of "RangerFlex.app" titled "Resources"
That's it. After that, plug in the scanner for power and to the Mac. Start the app "RangerFlex".
