You can either select and erase unnecessary images one by one or erase them in one batch. Protected images will not be erased.
Once an image is erased, it cannot be recovered. Make sure you no longer need the image before erasing it. To prevent important images from being erased accidentally, protect them. Erasing a RAW+JPEG image will erase both the RAW and JPEG images. |

Checkmarking [✔] images to be erased in a batch.
By adding checkmarks <✓> to the images to be erased, you can erase multiple images at once..

1. Select [Erase images].
- Under the [
1] tab, select [Erase images], then press < >.

2. Select [Select and erase images].

3. Select the images to be erased.
- Turn the <
> dial to select the image to be erased, then press < >.
- A checkmark <✓> will be displayed on the upper left of the screen.
- If you press the <
> button and turn the < > dial counterclockwise, you can select an image from a three-image display. To return to the single-image display, turn the < > dial clockwise.
- To select another image to be erased, repeat step 3.

4. Erase the image.
- Press the <
> button, then press [OK].
- The selected images will be erased at once.
