Description
If your TM-series large format printer frequently reboots, it may be due to the fact that your network is blocking the automatic firmware checking/updating process of the printer.
Solution
If your network is blocking the necessary internet connection used by the automatic firmware checking/updating process, you should either talk to your IT department about allowing this process to run or you can disable this feature from the printer's control panel.
Also check to make sure you are not using Wireless Direct connection to the printer, You will not be able to update the firmware while using this connection method.
