Open the [Frame Rate] submenu.
MENU/EVF [Rec/Media Setup] () [Frame Rate]
- Alternatively, using the HOME screen: HOME [S&F FPS] [OPTIONS] [Frame Rate].
Select the desired option and then press SET.
