Description

This article provides links to information on how to remove paper jammed in the PIXMA TS3320.

Solution

If paper jams, remove it following the appropriate procedure as shown below.

  • If you can see the jammed paper at the paper output slot or the rear tray:

  • If you cannot see the jammed paper at the paper output slot or the rear tray:


Cases other than above:

Check the following:

  1. Is anything blocking the paper output slot?

  2. Are there any foreign objects in the rear tray?

    If there are any foreign objects in the rear tray, be sure to turn off the printer, unplug it, and then remove the foreign object.

  3. Is the paper curled?

    Correct the curl before loading paper.
