Cause

Paper size may not be compatible with automatic duplex printing.

What to Do

The paper sizes suitable for auto duplex printing are A4, Letter, A5, and B5. Make sure that the paper size loaded in the printer and the paper size settings for printing are appropriate.

After removing the paper being printed, load the paper of the correct size and press the printer's OK button.

Resume printing from the front of the next sheet. The page where the error occurred and its back page are not printed.

• To cancel printing, press the printer's Stop button.
