This article will show you how to quickly access the Remote UI for your printer from a Mac.
Solution
You can perform maintenance of the printer and change the settings from the Remote UI.
The following is the procedure to open the Remote UI.
- Open System Preferences, and select Printers & Scanners.
- Select your model from the printer list, and click Options & Supplies....
- Click Show Printer Webpage... in the General tab.
The Remote UI will open.
Note
- The password may have to be entered after Remote UI starts. In such a case, enter the password and click OK. In case you do not know the password, click Passwords and cookies.
