Description

Setup the Wireless Connection using Wifi Protected Setup (WPS) if the feature is available on the wireless router

Solution

WPS Connection  

  1. Tap Network (A).

    HOME screen: Select Network

  2. Tap Wi-Fi.

    LAN settings screen: Select Wi-Fi

  3. Tap Settings.

  4. Tap Wi-Fi setup.

  5. Tap WPS (Push button method).

  6. Tap OK.

  7. Press and hold the WPS button on the wireless router.

  8. Tap OK on the printer within 2 minutes.

    If a different screen appears, see "Troubleshooting."

  9. When the screen on the below appears, tap OK.

    Completion screen (Connected to the wireless router.)

    If a different screen appears, see "Troubleshooting."

  10. Tap HOME on the left side of the screen.

  11. The network connection setup is now complete.

    When connection is complete, Network appears at the bottom left of the screen.
     

    Return to the software and proceed with the installation.

    Windows

    Click Setup icon in the taskbar, follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with setup.
