Solution
Sending Images to a Smartphone Automatically as You Shoot
Your shots can be automatically sent to a smartphone connected via Wi-Fi.
Do the following with the main Camera Connect screen displayed.
[Wi-Fi settings] --> [Send to smartphone after shot]
[Auto send] --> [Enable]
Choose a size in [Size to send].
Shoot.
Your shots are sent to the smartphone.
Shooting Remotely as You View a Live Image on the Smartphone
As you view a live image on a smartphone connected via Wi-Fi, you can shoot remotely.
Start Camera Connect.
Touch [Remote live view shooting].
Controlling the Camera from a Smartphone
You can control the camera by using a smartphone paired via Bluetooth as a remote control. (Not available when conncted via Wi-Fi.)
Start Camera Connect.
If connected via Wi-Fi, end the connection.
Touch [Bluetooth remote controller].
Geotagging Images as You Shoot
Your shots can be geotagged using GPS information (such as latitude, longitude, and elevation) from a smartphone paired via Bluetooth. On the playback screen, you can check the location information added to your shots.
On the smartphone, activate location services.
Start Camera Connect.
If connected via Wi-Fi, end the connection.
[GPS settings]
[GPS via mobile] --> [Enable]
Shoot.
Before shooting, confirm that [] and [] are shown on the camera.
Your shots are now geotagged.
From now on, shots you take with Camera Connect running will be geotagged.
