How to Disable IPv6 - G3200

Description

If your computer or mobile device can't find your PIXMA G3200 on your wireless LAN, disabling the printer's IPv6 setting may help.

 

Solution

To check the current TCP/IP setting, print out the network setting information using the operation panel.

If "TCP/IPv6" is set to "Enable", both IPv4 and IPv6 are enabled.

Press and hold the Stop button and release it when the Alarm lamp flashes 26 times.

IPv6 is disabled and only IPv4 is enabled.
