Cause

Paper size may not be compatible with automatic duplex printing.

What to Do

The paper sizes suitable for auto duplex printing are A4, Letter, A5, and B5. Make sure that the paper size loaded in the printer and the paper size settings for printing are appropriate.

Press the printer's OK button to eject the paper and restart printing from the front of the next piece of paper. The reverse side of the ejected sheet is not printed.

 To cancel printing, press the printer's Stop  button.
