Cause

When performing fit-to-page copy with a smartphone or tablet and the original is loaded in ADF (Auto Document Feeder): The ADF does not support fit-to-page copy.

What to Do

Select a copy method besides fit-to-page copy in the reduction / enlargement setting or move the original to the platen glass, and then try again.
