Description

Learn how to print a nozzle check pattern from the PIXMA TR150. You'll also see what to look for when you examine the nozzle check. A video is included in this article.

Solution

The following video will walk you through the process outlined below.

Printing the Nozzle Check Pattern

Print the nozzle check pattern to determine whether the ink ejects properly from the print head nozzle.‚Äč If your prints contain banding / streaks, incorrect colors, or if they're completely blank, print the nozzle check pattern.

If the remaining ink level is low, the nozzle check pattern will not be printed correctly. Replace the ink tank whose ink is low.

  1. Make sure that the printer is powered on.

  2. Load a sheet of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper in the rear tray.

  3. Select Setup icon (Setup) on the HOME screen.

  4. Select Maintenance.

  5. Select Nozzle Check.
