If print quality does not improve after standard print head cleaning, a deep cleaning may help improve the print quality. Please follow the steps below.
Deep print head cleaning
Perform deep print head cleaning only when necessary because it consumes more ink than standard print head cleaning.

Make sure that the printer is powered on.

Load a sheet of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper in rear tray.

Select the Setup icon 
on the HOME screen.

Select Maintenance.

Select Deep Cleaning.

The confirmation screen will appear.

Select Yes. The printer starts deep print head cleaning.
Do not perform any other operations until the printer completes the deep cleaning of the print head. This takes about 1 to 2 minutes.

The pattern print confirmation screen will appear.

Select Yes.

Press the OK button. The nozzle check pattern will be printed.

When the completion message appears, select OK.

Examine the nozzle check pattern.
- If the problem is not resolved, turn off the power and perform another deep print head cleaning after 24 hours.
